In 2012, Jonathan Menlo teamed up with contractor Meir Siboni. Together, they opened their development company, Elite Investment Management Group LLC. With their combined construction experience and unique financial strategy, Menlo and Siboni are now running over 10 high end new construction projects. These include a 48 unit apartment complex in Koreatown, CA, condominium developments and high end cliff-line super-luxury properties with budgets ranging from $2,000,000 to $30,000,000 on any given project.
